WHAT IS METHIONIN ZINK PLUS AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR:
Methionine is an essential proteinogenic amino acid. It is the least frequent amino acid and the human body is not able to synthesise it itself. Therefore, we must provide it to the organism. Methionine is important for synthesis of proteins, cysteine, creatinine and carnitine. Together with zinc, it is an ideal combination for healthy hair, skin and nails and it improves lipid metabolism modulation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE METHIONIN ZINK PLUS:
Do not use if you suffer from an autoimmune disease, kidney disorder, if you are pregnant or you breast-feed.
HOW TO USE METHIONIN ZINK PLUS:
Adolescents older than 15 years of age and adults 1 capsule daily.

CONTENTS:
L-methionine 500 mg, zinc lactate dihydrate 65.2 mg, gelatine capsule.Capsule weight 565.2 mg. Each capsule contains 150% of RDA of zinc.

EnzymProtect 450 mg is a product containing natural enzymes dosed in an acidoresistant (enterosolvent) capsule protecting enzymes before high pH in the stomach and transporting enzymes into the intestine where they are released and absorbed. Papain and bromelin actively strengthen the immune system, thus supporting the natural defence of the organism and decreasing the level of inflammatory markers. Rutin is a bioflavoid glycoside that improves the general vascular health, strengthens the vascular walls and has anti-oxidative effects. The capsule includes inulin to improve intestinal conditions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE EnzymProtect 450 mg:
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient of the product, have a tendency towards bleeding, if you use immunosuppressant drugs or suffer from kidney or liver disease.
HOW TO USE EnzymProtect 450 mg:
30 minutes before a meal and drink about ¼ litre of water. Children of 3-10 years twice daily one capsule, children of 10-15 years 2-5 capsules daily, adolescents older than 15 years and adults 2-6 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
